Timberland is an excellent investment and can also be enjoyed recreationally. As our nation’s population grows, the amount of available rural land decreases and its value increases. Timber is a long-term crop and a commodity. Although its price definitely fluctuates with market trends, the overall trend remains upward over time. If trees and land are properly cared for, then timber volume will increase each year. Trees continue to be one of our few renewable natural resources. A timberland investment allows one to benefit from increasing rural land values as well as from the growth of the timber on the land.

Most of our tracts have paved road frontage, and are about an hour from commercial air access. Annual property taxes average a few dollars per acre.
